Cauliflower Fried Rice with Teriyaki Beef

Serves: 1​​

-riced cauliflower
-baby corn
-broccoli slaw
-top sirloin beef
-seasame seeds
-low sodium soy
-teriyaki sauce
-peanut oil


Chop up the corn into small pieces, in a wok (or frying pan) combine the cauliflower rice, broccoli slaw and corn together. Add soy sauce and teriyaki to taste, stir it up until is it evenly mixed and remove from heat (this only takes a few minutes). Put peanut oil in the wok, heat it up add the beef and teriyaki and brown the beef (if you are going to reheat it, cool it rare, if not cook medium rare or to taste). Put the beef over the cauliflower rice and season with sesame seeds. You can also add the
chinese 5 spic e  for some more flavor and of course sriracha if you really want some flavor.
